Lunch: omelet, some bread I think
Dinner: pumpkin with cheese sauce; pita bread with pesto, tomato and lettuce. 2 halves
Supper: 2 nectarines, and a handful of grapes
Trying to turn flummy into fabulous. 4 months of healthy eating (most of the time), exercise (when we can be arsed), and being good (but not all the time cause where's the fun in that?)
