Breakfast, usual, and very glad to be back to normal, I missed it!
Lunch egg on wholegrain toast, two salads - tuna and veges with wafu dressing, and okura, yamaimo and those slimy yellow mushrooms with aojiso dressing.
Snacks throughout the day included a banana, 4 squares of Meiji Black, six dark chocolate covered raspberries, a handful of nuts and Erica's toast crusts. Too many snacks!
Dinner about half a cup of gnocchi with 4 cheese sauce. (instant food while I do the Journal!)
Dessert one apple
