no exercise today as i was feeling crap when i woke up, felt worse later on the the day was just crappy hot anyway. maybe tomorrow but no promises.
i can't really remember today's meals. i think breakfast was a peanut butter sandwich. no, wait, it was rye toast and boiled egg. lunch was hokka ben (summer steak special) and oolong tea. dinner was curry with ground beef over rice (just a note on our rice, it's about 50% white, not mixed. hard to explain, but we polish the brown rice in our house....) had a G&T while making dinner.
then neighbor invited us over after dinner and offered me a beer. a real one, not low-carb. *sigh*
no plans for the weekend so should be able to work more on weight loss!
